2023 Pool Season Update

The Township’s Community Pool will open for the 2023 pool season on Saturday, May 27. During the off-season, our Public Works department performed significant repairs to address the leaks that plagued the H-pool last season. In addition, with the milder winter, Public Works was able to jump start on maintenance to the facilities and grounds and will continue to do so as we prepare to open the facility.

We are looking forward to a successful pool season with StandGuard returning as the pool operator. To purchase a membership, please visit their website here, go to the Registrar tab, and scroll to memberships to select.

Sidewalk & Trail Connectivity Study: Survey Open & Public Meeting - April 13

Last year, the Township engaged Simone Collins Landscape Architecture, the Township’s Planning Consultant, to perform a Connectivity Study in coordination with the Township's Planning Commission. The study will be used to determine where additional sidewalks and/or trails should be provided to improve mobility for pedestrians and bicyclists within the Township. The Township website includes a dedicated webpage for future meeting dates, meeting notes, presentations and an online survey. This resource can be found under the Community Connections section of the homepage of our website, or using the link here

As part of the study, an online survey (survey link) has been created to collect data from resident responses. Feedback from Township residents and other stakeholders will help prioritize desired locations for future sidewalks and trails. The online study survey will be open through April 13, 2023.
